Kinugawa Club Residences combines luxury living with exclusive Japanese dining in Manhattan's heart. I was tasked with creating both their investment presentation and web presence to capture the sophisticated fusion of Parisian aesthetics and authentic Japanese culture while targeting high-net-worth investors and potential residents.

The dual deliverable nature of this project presented unique obstacles that required careful strategic thinking. For the investment presentation, I needed to distill complex real estate data, financial projections, and luxury lifestyle elements into a compelling narrative that would resonate with sophisticated investors. This meant balancing detailed market analysis with emotional storytelling about the Kinugawa experience, all while maintaining visual consistency with the brand's refined aesthetic.



Solution :
The website development posed its own set of challenges, particularly in translating the intimate, exclusive atmosphere of a private club into a digital experience. I had to create an online presence that felt appropriately exclusive without being intimidating or inaccessible to potential residents. The technical challenge involved optimizing high-resolution imagery of the interiors and cuisine while ensuring fast load times across devices. Additionally, integrating investment opportunity information with lifestyle content required careful information architecture to serve both investor prospects and potential residents seamlessly.
